William and Mary has generously offered to host our 2015 Field Day at Plumeri Park, Williamsburg, VA. Registration will open at 7:30 am breakfast sponsored by LUCK STONE and the program will begin at 8am.  Drinks will be provided throughout the day by FIRST PRODUCTS.  The program will conclude after lunch sponsored by  RIVERSIDE TURF FARM around 2 pm.  We have 4 exciting topics this year: (Schedule below)

  
    1.)  Weeds in your Sports Turf - Pylex for weed control, the best way to take advantage of PGR’s and other weed control related topics. Sponsored by LANDSCAPE SUPPLY
    
    2.) Field Aeration- As sports turf managers we can never have enough aeration!  What new technology and equipment is out there in the industry? Some options have minimal impact on the playing surface. Sponsored by SMITH TURF and IRRIGATION
    
    3.) Game Day Prep-  Tips, tricks and special tools that the professionals use to get their fields ready for games. Sponsored by TURFACE
    
    4.) Water hose nozzle selection for Baseball/Softball infields-  There are lots of options out there, which is best for you? Sponsored by LANDSCAPE SUPPLY 

VENDORS!!!  Our program also includes 1 hr of dedicated vendor time.  Cost to be included with our vendors is $300.  A gift card will be purchased on your behalf to be included in a drawing for those attendees that visit a large percentage of our vendor booths.

ACCOMODATIONS:  We have negotiated a rate with the Woodlands Hotel & Suites in Colonial Williamsburg.  Reservations can be made for Tuesday, June 23, 2015 through Thursday, June 25, 2015. The VSTMA reservation code is 37679.  WE have two types of room available:  Guestroom $103/night plus taxes and fees or a Suite $133/night plus taxes and fees.
